Hi, I’m Kim

My practice weaves together Acupuncture, massage, Hakomi, medical Qi Gong, systemic family constellations, and love and intimacy coaching. Each modality can be experienced on its own, or combined for deeper, integrative healing. Guided by a deep passion for the mystical and healing arts, I offer a sacred space for you to release tension, transform patterns, and embody your authentic loving self.

What Thrive Believes

I believe In the power of healing happens when the body, and mind are held with care and curiosity. Healing is not always about fixing - it’s about reconnecting to what’s whole and alive within you, and tuning into your bodies wisdom, intelligence, and willingness to heal. To come back home to ourselves.

We acknowledge and respect the lək̓ʷəŋən (Lkwungen) peoples on whose traditional territory Thrive stands and the Songhees and Esquimalt peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day and are committed to ongoing learning and addressing the combined effects of colonialism and stigmatization.

What can healing look like?

Integrated bodywork can be profound, transformative and healing. Through healing ourselves, we also heal our ancestors and the collective whole. Through awareness, we go from contraction to expansion. Consciousness brings creativity, vibrancy, expansion, compassion and hope to our lives.

“For my lifetime, I have been holding tension in my body and heart, a heavy burden that I was tired of carrying. Kim guided me on a journey where I traveled through space and time to embody my ancestors. I visited fear and shame and loneliness. Kim held a safe space for me to explore and release the desire to fix, rather to embrace what was. I experienced surrendering, a softening. The weight was lifted from my spirit and now love blooms there.”
