This Fall — Barre, Yin/Yang, and Meditation

This fall be amazed by Barre. It will grant you endurance, flexibility, mind body connection, and posture. It is a perfect compliment to Pilates!

In this class we will warm the musculature of the body as well as focus on opening and balancing meridians.This is done through a gentle flow settling into deep, long-held, floor based yin postures. This practice will open into the deeper yin tissues and energetic body allowing for physical, mental & emotional balance.
