Nicole teaches barre, yoga, pilates, aerial and pole classes all over Victoria. She loves cruising around the city meeting lots of lovely people and helping them with their practice. She encourages her students to find both the balance and the value in strength, flexibility and alignment. She’s thrilled to bring her classes to the gang at Thrive and she will see you at the barre!
