At Thrive we are ecstatic to bring in the New Year with some new class options for you all.
Barre 1-2 with Kim Wilson
Fridays at 5:30 pm
This class will be as challenging or easy as you want it to be. There will be a focus on building on the foundations of barre and taking the time to feel your muscles working while maintaining form and control.
This will be a great place to start if you have never tried Barre before.
Balance and Yogalates – level 1-2
Mondays at 3:45 pm
Through the physical and mental benefits of Yoga and Pilates, this class will work on strengthening balance, overall physical strength and body awareness. As well as flexibility, breath, and core.
Balancing our bodies physically and mentally is very important but how is our actual balance? This class will incorporate 5-10 minutes of specific balance exercise to work on your bodies control while maintaining balance. This is amazing for all ages. The overall benefits of balance training include improvements to overall fitness, sports performance, and resilience to injury.
Barre with Kristy Davis
Sundays at 8:45 am
Another Barre class has been added with the amazing Kristy Davis! Get your workout done and start your day right! Afterwards you can head over to Koffi with your girlfriend to treat yourself after working so hard… voila! Perfect morning.
