Changes at Thrive

Fall is right around the corner and Thrive is coming up with new and fun ideas to challenge and integrate balance for your body. We will be having Barre class (times and teachers to be announced), as well as our new Iyengar teacher Elizabeth Aldiman, (woot-woot!!!), who will be bringing her amazing practice, knowledge and heart to the studio. Bon Voyage Jenny!

The amazing and lovely Jenny Lang will be moving on from Thrive at the end of this month to new and amazing and ventures. Her care, wisdom and knowledge has been appreciated by all that she has touched. We will miss her greatly and we wish her the best on her new journey. New Classes for the Fall!

Hello thrivers! first news post in awhile, we're just too excited about the new classes and faces in the studio this fall. We're super excited to be introducing three new classes - Nicolas' level one Pilates Thursday nights at 6:30, Tristan's Qi Gong class 7am on Wed, Pranayama and the Tensegrity Series with Janice at 4:00pm on Sundays, and Melissa's Monday pilates level 1-2 morning class at 9:30.
