Commit to yourself

Meet Kim Wilson (she/her)

Wholistic Bodyworker, Lifelong Student

My energetic journey began with Jin Shin Do Acupressure. The concept of energetic bodies enthralled me and still does. I’ve witnessed the body respond in a calming and powerfully transformative way simply by having the tools to care and attend for ourselves time and again. In your treatment with me, I want to drop you out of your mind and let it rest. Become curious about the wisdom of your body. When we are consumed by our brains, we often lose touch with our bodies’ messages. We become numb to our own experience and behaviours become unconscious. When the mind calms, and we listen to our body, we drop into heart cohesion, our true voice that has always been there. This is important and nourishing.

Making space to work on your body, mind and spirit is an action, a choice, and the beginning of a transformative commitment.

She’s an urban witch—which I say with the most profound respect and awe. Kim creates an incredibly safe space to relax, unwind and unfetter, then she draws from a ridiculously rich toolbox to source the right tools in that moment. She works with the body, mind, spirit and invites me to consider the darkness, the shameful, the hard or the stubborn things in tense muscles and beliefs. I have worked through things I didn’t know I was ready to look at and process.”
